Registration Conditions

  • a minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee (member or non-member) BEFORE 17:00 JST (GMT+9) August 18, 2008.=> postponed to August 25,2008.
  • one author registration, will allow you to present a maximum of two accepted papers (the total of two papers per registration includes accepted COIN papers).
  • accepted papers which do not have an author registered at the full regsitration fee by the August 18 deadline will be removed from the Conference Proceedings.
  • refunds of registration fees will not be made under any circumstances following the inclusion of the paper in the Conference Proceedings
  • "member" rates apply to members of IEEE, IEICE, Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS), and China Institute of Communications (CIC)
  • ALL registrations include access to all Conference sessions 14-16 October, Conference Proceedings (CD-ROM), Coffee Breaks 14-16 October, Joint Reception 14 October (Tue.), Joint Banquet 15 October (Wed.)

Registration fees include the cost of the 10/14 Reception (5,000 JPY) and the 10/15 Banquet (10,000 JPY).

Online registration will CLOSE at 17:00 JST (GMT+9) October 3, 2008.

Payment

Credit Card and Bank Transfer are acceptable for online registration fee payment.

  • Participants are asked to cover the cost of any bank fees applying to the tranfer of funds.
  • Personal checks cannot be accepted.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests received by 17:00 October 3, 2008 Japan Standard Time (GMT+9) are not subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be made after this date.
